This Privacy Policy explains how Leap ("we", "our" or "us", available at useleap.xyz) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you visit our website or use our creator workspace and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

• Account information. When you create an account, sign in via Google, or verify your email with a one-time code, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password, along with any profile information you choose to connect (such as your name and profile picture).
• Workspace content. The projects, scripts, titles, channels, notes, settings, and assets you create or upload through the Service, including audio, images, and video files you generate.
• Payment information. When you purchase credit packs, payment details such as card information are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage and technical data. Information about how you use the Service, such as pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location. This is collected through analytics services such as Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics.
• Communications. When you contact support or otherwise reach out to us, we keep a record of your messages and the details we need to help you.

• Provide, operate, and maintain your account and the Service.
• Generate, store, and manage your scripts, voice, image, and video content.
• Process payments and credit purchases, and prevent fraud.
• Send transactional emails, such as account verification and receipts.
• Improve the Service through analytics and respond to your questions and support requests.
• Enforce our Terms of Service, and detect, investigate, and prevent abuse or unlawful activity.

Core features of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate scripts, titles, narration, images, and videos. When you use these features, the content and instructions you provide are sent to our AI providers (such as OpenAI) to produce the output you request. We do not use your content to train or improve third-party models.

Please only submit content and instructions you have the right to use. Do not submit personal information about other people unless you have their permission.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the circumstances described below:

• Service providers. Trusted companies that help us run the Service — for example, cloud hosting, AI generation, analytics, and payment processing. They are only allowed to use your information to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety requirements. When we believe disclosure is required by law, a subpoena, or legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Leap, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose described to you at the time of collection.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. Our analytics providers may also set cookies to measure site usage.

We keep your account and workspace content for as long as your account is active so you can access your work. When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data from our systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups, legal obligations, and fraud-prevention requirements. Payment records may be retained for accounting and tax purposes as required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), securely hashed passwords, and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export or receive a machine-readable copy of your content.
